CBI Members: $25 per person
Non Members: $30 per person
Children 10 and under: $18 per child
PROGRAM:
We’ve created an interactive Seder, led by Cantorial Soloist Susan Burden and guests, including traditional stories, festive songs, and fun filled innovative activities that help tell the Exodus story and get everyone engaged in the Passover experience
MENU:
Enjoy a festive buffet-style meal catered by the Broadway Diner, including matzah ball soup, gefilte fish, chicken and beef entrees, traditional vegetable dishes, fruit and dessert
DEADLINE:
Space is limited, and reservations are entered on first come first serve basis
Reservations will not be accepted without Reservation Forms and payment
Deadline for ALL reservations is March 17, 2013
If you would like to make an ONLINE RESERVATION, we have set up the following process. (Sorry, but our website has some limitations at the moment!)
1) In the form below, fill in your name and your email address in the boxes provided
2) In the "Message" area, you will need to type answers to the following requests:
Phone number
Number of members attending (if applicable) Example: 2 members
Number of non-members attending (if applicable) Example: 3 non-members
Number of children 10 and under attending (if applicable) Example: 2 children
Number of gefilte fish pieces you are requesting Example: 2 gefilte fish
Total amount you will be sending to us for payment
3) Verify the form, if asked, by typing the random code into the box
4) Click the "Submit Form" button
Mail your payment to CBI or drop it in our lobby mailbox at CBI
