Religious School - Education News

School Year 2004-2005

The Religious School is one of the main benefits for the members.

The Religious School meets on Sunday mornings from 10:00am to 12:30pm. We serve students PRE-K thru 10th grade.  We also have classes for high school students in grades 8-10.

Bar and Bat Mitzvahs: The classes provide instructions for students preparing for Bar and Bat Mitzvah and Confirmation.  The classes are conducted on Sunday mornings.  In addition private scheduled tutoring is conducted throughout the week.

Hebrew School meets on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.  Hebrew is taught for students in  school grades of 4-6. 

Adult Torah classes are conducted, as necessary, to meet the demand.  Various adult education classes are conducted throughout the year.  In 2003 there were 17 Adults who completed their Bnai Mitzvot where they were called to the Torah.
